There are no known offset agreements proposed in connection with this potential sale. ... There will be no adverse impact on U.S. defense readiness as a result of this proposed sale."

"This now makes three objects that flew over the U.S. in the last week before they were shot down. Ryder said Saturday’s shootdown — which involved an F-22 from the United States ...was “unidentified” but NORAD spokesman, Maj. Olivier Gallant, said the military had determined what it was but would not reveal details."
